Very good

Cozy but not exceptional

It was cute and comfortable because the air conditioning worked very well and the house is decorated in a peaceful cute way. The tv worked well and all the plumbing was just the way it should be. Plenty of blankets and pillows.

Night stands and dresser were dusty Bathroom shower curtain was orange at the bottom. Just needs washed. Bedroom sheet on bed would not stay on. They need replaced. No tissue. No apparent soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. In the kitchen were the basic cooking tools, salt and pepper. There is very limited parking. Parking is good for small cars.

Superb

Cozy, homey, and friendly and place to be at!

Easy to get to, clean, organized. Staff was very attentive

The power went out one night idk why, we were all asleep, but I couldnt figure out how to fix the clock on stove. Also they had wasps outside.but I texted the number given and we went out and by the time we came back someone took care of the nests. Also no one said anything about the steep hill in the driveway before getting there.

Good for a short stay

Everything was clean, and the location was great.

The driveway was really steep and hard to see at night, and the bathroom is hot with no fan for smells or moisture. Also the power tripped in the bathroom when using the hairdryer they supply with nothing else plugged in so be careful with that.

Exceptional

Great location. Close to everything Knoxville. Even Pigeon Forge is close by. The cozy cabin held pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise. We'll definitely stay again but, longer.
