    Room was comfortable. Kayla was very helpful and so nice! The other people were ok. We were in town for a funeral.
    My room key stopped working very early in the am and check out is noon.

    Room smelled like mildew, was outdated and not worth the price.
    Outdated, and smelled horrible. Staff was awesome though.

    Clean facilities and comfortable rooms made the stay a joy.
    Western Knoxville is great for us so this location was great. Hot breakfast was good and plentiful.

    Fine. Stay was before medical procedure not for fun
    Had to leave before breakfast so you owe us 2. Husband was in severe pain all night so it was rough for us. Hotel was good and convenient for us. Bath towels should be next to bath and hand towels beside sink. Just saying!

    Excellent all around. Wish we could have stay longer, and utilize the full amenities. Though, we had to get home.
    Friendly staff, easy check in, cleanliness, and location.
    Had a concern about the elevator. Though, it would not keep us from staying there again.
