    It was a pleasant stay with a wonderful room for someone traveling with small children.
    I was happy to see healthy options in the continental breakfast. 24/7 hours for the pool and fitness center were a pleasant surprise!
    I would love to see other meat options besides pork-turkey sausage.

    Quick short trip but would use this hotel again (but would make sure to go through Hilton only!!
    The front desk person was wonderfulhad a Priceline problemI didnt contact them but apparently was hijacked to their site and my reservation went through them. They tried to charge me for 2 rooms but we did end up getting that straightened out.

    The extra pet fee. We are respectful and keep tidy with our pet. But I know some others are not. It is what it is

    Don't recommend it.
    I booked a room for 5 people, but their rooms could include only 4. They used pictures from another their network hotel. Don't trust them!

    Staff very friendly & welcoming. Rooms were clean & comfortable
    We were in town for College Football. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & able to answer any query we had even though we were supporters from the opposing team. We also made use of the heated pool
    Even though we were in town for college game Day, I still felt it was quite expensive being so far from downtown & Neyland stadium

    good location only about 20 minutes from downtown where we were going. Friendly staff. Nice room. Very accommodating.

    Hotel had all I needed to make the start of each of my days easier and restful. 10 out of 10
    Great benefit to have the complimentary breakfast every morning and it was exceptionally good. Kudos to Kathy!
