most of our stay for staying a week is good . but check out day your keys get shut off at 7am sharp!

Mr. Mason Hewitt , I really feel that there need to be some attention done to this motel. Every morning they were out of cereal, milk juice and forks. we were here from December 24 thru December 28 and went thru this every day and no one really seemed to care that this was going on or even cared to fix it. We also had to go get our own bath towels from the front desk 3 days that we were there, we asked the house keepers several times if we could get some and they could not even understand us or other guest. Another problem us and other guest had was when it was check out day, we had out keys turned of at 7:30 so when we all went down to eat and then came back up to eat none of us could get back into our rooms, she wasn't happy at the desk when we all showed up to get our keys fixed at 9:30 or around there. Our Faust in the shower needs help. it will not stay in place it falls down so when in the shower and getting a shower all the sudden it falls and you get scolded (burned), we were in room 316. I feel that we need to have something done to make things right for all this. we did talk to the front desk several times and they kind of acted like what do you want us to do. . A lot of that things that not only went wrong for us went wrong for all your guest and it wasn't fair for us no utensils to eat with 1 day no milk several days for cereal when there was some. . This room was uncomfortable.

Location

The room was minimally comfortable. The bed was uncomfortably high to get in and out. The chair was not at all comfortable and did not seem to fit in its place. I was not able to relax in the room there wasnt anywhere comfortable to sit. We probably wont stay there again

Difficult to get a Lyft/Uber from this location to downtown being that its about 15-20 minutes outside Knoxville. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Continental breakfast overall was good. Overall good experience.

Wonderful, clean, friendly place to stay. Highly recommend

Lisa was so friendly and helpful upon checking. She made it so easy and pleasant. The room was exceptional. It was extremely clean. The bed was excellent and so were the pillows. The breakfast buffet was hot and delicious. The lobby was clean as well. All staff was super friendly. Checkout was easy.

Everything was excellent!!!
