Great Welcome, food and service were excellent!

A very friendly welcome! The service and food was excellent, location ideal for us. Breakfast was amazing, I have a good appetite but couldn't manage it all.

After enjoying the lovely welcome and a lovely room we were dissapointed with the bed. It looked great but the design was deplorable! I injured myself several times on the stupidly wide frame around the perimeter and tripped badly in the night. Would stay again but prefer alternative room or by some shin pads

A very nice hotel well situated and friendly staff.

Food quality was very good although we did have to wait quite a while for our meal when the restaurant was busy. Staff were friendly and it is ideally located for the activities we had planned for the weekend.

The hotel is situated on a major road junction and as a result the road noise is significant. Although our room was triple glazed, we needed to have our windows open as it was incredibly hot. We eventually were offered a fan which we used to cool down without having to have our windows open.

Became ill on the second day of our stay. Staff were very understanding.

Food was very good with tables well spaced.

Traffic noise during the night. Unexpected but little one can do due to the location. The staff didnt clean our bathroom or provide fresh towels or soap for the second day of our stay.

Exceptional stay at Cross Foxes Bar & Grill. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Friendly helpful staff. Excellent food and service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would recommend and definitely visit again!

The staff and management were superb, nothing was any problem to them. You couldn't fault them. Excellent location, the food was superb, will definitely be staying there again.

A rural yet modern idyll.

The setting is wonderful - just off the main road for easy access, but in a lovely rural area, with fields and a great outside seating area. The decor is great and the room was well-appointed and attractive. The bathroom was great, as were the staff and the food!
