    Both rooms I booked were dirty upon entry. Dirty floors with trash. Odd stains in the bathroom and the bathtub was also dirty with stains. The room we wanted was not available so we got downgraded. The staff was rude as well. He did not seem to care when we told him our room and bathroom were dirty. They were not sold out or anything and we offered to change rooms but he said that was all they had that was available. When we asked if he can have someone clean it he just said that they were understaffed and couldnt do it. We wouldve waited but like I mentioned they didnt seem to care. So odd, the reviews were all good from what I read on here but honestly I would be careful when booking here. They location is great but you get what you pay for.

    After taking a shower, I realized there were no towels. I called the front desk and employee said it was housekeepings responsibility so I asked to speak to them and I was told no one was available. The only way that I could get some towels was to come to the front desk which obviously was an option. The person took no responsibility for the hotels oversight and could care less about helping me.

    Great location, clean with good breakfast and hot tub.
    The breakfast was deliciousmake your own waffle, when eggs ran out they brought a fresh pan, sausage was not greasy plus cereal, and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The room itself was clean, fresh linens.
    The bathroom definitely needs tefreshing. It woyld be nice to have a vanity instead of just a sink. No place tonput personal supplies.

    would rather stay at motel 6
    Honestly nothing. The only reason we gave it another chance was because our budget is low.
    The room we paid for is unavailable, they downgraded us with no refund to compensate. They are still understaffed and its a holiday weekend. I feel mislead and no one will give us the time or day to clean up the room we even got. This place is for the elderly, people with drug problem, or low budgets. Will not book again unless this is rectified.

    location
    the lack of staff, room was not clean (drug baggies and used bandaids found on floor) I would have more sympathy however the staff was rude and not helpful at all and made me and my wife feel uncomfortable and not welcome.
