It was good.

The staff was nice, saving a room when my reservation didn't go through. They were on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to confirm my reservation.

I got to the hotel at check-in time, but apparently Booking.com was down and my reservation didn't show up. I did a "sane-day" booking, but the hotel was on the phone for close to 40 minutes trying to get this resolved. Perhaps communication with properties needs to be addressed.

Motel 6 probably would have been better!

Its in a beach town

Hotel staff were quite rude. My daughters boyfriend was smoking outside of the room with the door closed and we were harassed about this a couple of times. Keep in mind there are no signs posted outside not to smoke outside of the rooms. The second time the staff have called my room and threatened me that if my daughters boyfriend smokes outside of the room again I will be charged 250 at which time I told them if that were to happen I would dispute it with my credit card company, and that I do not appreciate being threatened like that. The same staff member called at 11:04 AM on checkout day basically to tell us to get out. Ive never been treated so terribly, and all of my years of travel. I would not recommend this hotel. Besides what I previously mentioned the beds were not comfortable and were squeaky. This was overly priced for the type of hotel this is. I will also be writing a review on yelp.
