Superb

The location of the hotel is very good, staff is wonderful and very friendly. Very quiet throughout the night, and the rooms are quite spacious. I loved it and will be sure to stay there again!

Very good.

A real asset for Hull and highly recommended

This is a very good hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-lighted. Reception, breakfast room and bar staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and high quality cooked dishes. The hotel's location is perfect for rail travellers, only five minutes' walk from the station. The hotel is a real asset for Hull and highly recommended.

Great stay disappointed by the food

Had a great stay Mimi bar or fridge would of enhanced my stay.

Steak was over cooked in the restaurant. And because it was so busy I did not return it to the kitchen. Disappointed with the meal.

Comfortable and pleasant travelling

The design of the room was pleasing to the eye and I particularly liked the design of the bathroom. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel.

I couldn't find any hooks or poles to hang wet clothes on. The hotel could consider installing some hooks to hang plastic bags and handbags.
