    Lovely staff, great service, reasonable price.
    The staff were wonderful and friendly. Always helpful and cheerful.
    Bathroom was tired. Toilet didnt always flush.

    The best thing was how friendly the staff were, on arrival we had a very warm welcome and the person behind reception was helpful. The rooms were a decent size and had coffee and tea making facilities in terms of having a kettle as well as a coffee machine, which not everywhere does! It is in a convenient location for what we needed which was to be close to Cottingham and we would use the hotel again.
    The bathroom could do with being updated, it was clean and everything was in working order, it was just looking a bit dated.

    A really great option for a visit to East Yorkshire
    Fantastic customer service, great facilities including a swimming pool and a hot tub, lovely, clean, warm and comfortable suite. Lots of greenery around.

    The staff were fantastic,from checking in,given room which was a lovely quiet room away from the wedding that was going on. And a special shout out to Nickie and Linda who were happy ,smiling and taking time out to ask how what our plans were.100% customer service
    The pool a little dated,but it was heated and we used the steam and jacuzzi.

    Superb location as we were visiting family over Christmas. Staff wonderful and helpful. Thank you, Gary, Courtney, and Nickie. The staff are a credit to Mercure. A most enjoyable stay. Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Perfect location as we were visiting family over Christmas in Willerby. Staff could not have been more helpful. Gary, Courtney went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Nickie in the restaurant is so friendly and helpful. The staff are a credit to the Mercure, and we look forward to staying again. Thank you all.

    An excellent stay, which I highly recommend.
    Comfortable room with ironing facilities which is a big help. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help when needed. We never ate at the restaurant as we already had plans, but had some lunch at the bar, and the food was excellent. The swimming pool was superb as well, I have to say.
    Wifi could have been better, but not really a big deal to be honest.
