Pool Bakery was very good Breakfast Staff were friendly and helpful

Room location there was no enough blankets I have to call room service for shampo and shower gel Late check in and i missed lunch

Great stay for a relaxing vacation

Animation team , food from all chefs was just perfect , hotel facilities And I would like to especially thank raghda from reservation team she made my stay more easier and the hotel staff hashim and gamal for their extraordinary service This is my second visit and sure won't be the last

A very comfortable place suitable for all ages

the stuff was very good they work hard to make everyone happier the food was good and the place was very clean and the beach are wonderful and the hotel deserve to visit it more then one time very , wonderful ,and I and my family present a thank to Mrs. Ragdah was have very good management, help everyone, and care to maintain the level of service provided We are happy and honored to know Mrs. Raghda. nice rooms, clean, spacious lovely garden layout

very bad food quality unfriendly/rude staff, not helpful wrong promise about all-inclusive package: lots of things cost extra and are excluded no free internet - you have to pay extra and internet quality very poor no external cars allowed in the premises; they want you to use their over-priced limousine service.
