    This is not a four star hotel, I would give it max. 3 stars // but it was cheaper then the regular 4 star hotels
    Location not too far from airport/Marsa Alam/ Elphinstone reef for super dive spots, friendly staff, rooms were clean and spacious, close to the beach
    Lots of plastic/dirt on the beach Even on the house reef lot of plastic floating under the water. They (staff/tourists) throw plastic on the beach just next to the boundaries of the hotel: this all gets back in the sea Reparations needed in the room (toilet/shower/sprayer) Expensive souvenirs/shop/doctor/excursions Really trying to rip of the tourists instead of requesting a fair price (5 times a fairly high price) Too much sales people questioning non stop in the first days Pool not so clean, hurt the eyes (chlorine?), lots of sand in the water Toilets on the beach really dirty and stinking: clean the place more often! Drinks during daytime all in super bad plastic cups that are so light they fly everywhere when theres a bit of wind. Get proper cups all the time and get more people to wash them instead of throwing hundreds of bags of plastic away every day Food was very poor: no taste/spices -> pizzas got burned/ fish was still raw/ Dive Center needs more/better material for rent The jetty wasnt accessible: difficult to go to the house reef Staff is sometimes more busy trying to entertain guests instead of doing a proper job (restaurants)

    Staff are amazing,, really helpful, room was so clean and big for me and my family, animation team really good , Food and beverage team doing their best to make everyone satisfied and the ala cart restaurant was so tasty... Maybe will visit it again
    Food in the main restaurant alot of it wasted because some items missing the good taste, the hotel need more staff in the main restaurant was feeling sorry really for the workers and i think would be great if new sections open do avoid the long waits for picking the food and makes the stress less on the staff , the quality of food in the main restaurant needs to be same as in the ala cart ones. Also there is a lake between rooms hope it will be fixed as its a perfect spot for mosquitos .

    Safe and enjoyable.
    Staff were great, always proactive and addressed everything that we wanted. They constantly checked with us if things were fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abbas and Mr. Mohamed Salah from hotel reception and management and also Mr. Hassan the restaurant manager.
    Food was acceptable quality, however, I feel that there should be much more variety and better food quality.
