A very nice hotel with excellent staff and service but a bit overpriced
Great location, nice rooms and lovely garden area is lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didnt try the restaurant or bar so I cant comment on those.
It felt quite expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but lacking modern touches. The tv system felt very dated and the lack of access to streaming services was noticeable.

Rather surly attitude from one staff member, snobbish- although we couldn't afford to staff there attitude- this was not the case i should add.. but took credit card details twice and reauthorised them.. although she doubted our ability to pay!

Very relaxing and peaceful
Beautiful building in the heart of Bruges. Very impressive entrance. Excellent breakfast, fantastic selection of food and drinks and it finishes at 11.00, very delicious too. Lovely interior. Fleur and Justine are very professional and friendly, Ode was also great. Location is very central which is a massive bonus too.
Water in the shower was never stable, cold vs hot, unbearable to enjoy. We found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Rooms on the 4th floor are bigger than on 5th floor (due to roof), very confused why we were assigned a smaller room in the first place when we would have been assigned a bigger room from the start provider we travelled with a toddler (lots of bags and cot take space..).

Overpriced, robotic, conceited service in an unfriendly hotel concealed within a beautiful building.
The facade of the hotel is alluring but like all facades lacking substance. The parking and location were good.
Being woken up at 10.30pm by reception asking us if our car was parked in front of the hotel (even though we'd told them 5hrs ago that it was in the underground car park) and then having to prompt the Front of House manager for an apology the next day whilst his conceit had extinguished his sympathy. The lights flickered in the room, the shower door seal was broken and the drainage was broken so you stood in ankle deep water and hurried in case it got worse. The breakfast staff were inattentive.

Perfectly positioned stay with a touch of grandness. It is a quality hotel!
The property has a grandness to its street appeal. The cocktail, restaurant and seating areas are lovely (old world with a modern decoration update) and the garden outlook is beautiful. The location is fantastic.
The rooms are very spacious but a bit tired in their decor - specifically the bathroom ( but the bathroom has lots of counter space, good shower, lighting etc). The breakfast rooms are also a bit older feel in decor (however the breakfast buffet is very good).

This is a beautiful hotel with warm, welcoming staff. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel certainly made us feel special. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights originally but loved it so much we opted to stay for an additional 2 nights. Perfectly located in the centre of Bruges too.
