    Location was excellent. Closer to public transport, closer restaurants, bar and Xmas markets (the reason we went) Hotel was really comfortable with friendly staff. Family friendly and secure

    Excellent hotel. Other hotels could learn a lot from an Aragon hotel highly recommended !!!
    Excellent location modern style hotel. Great service from reception. Excellent breakfast and quiet peaceful very comfy rooms. Coffee maker a nice touch but would have preferred a kettle,
    Car parking is very tight so dont even think of trying to book with a large car but they did tell me this before I arrived.

    Great stay in a top hotel
    Hotel and staff were excellent. Great location for walking into the main square. Breakfast was great and plentiful with a good choice. Staff very friendly and helpful giving you information about the area and what is going on. Only spent one night there but wish we had booked for 2 or 3 now.

    Rather stay in a Hostel if I knew what I was getting.
    The only good thing about it was the location.
    No parking. They should not advertise parking if they dont have it. The staff had no solutions other than to park over a mile away. The beds felt like we were sleeping on cement blocks. The rooms are really small. No UK/US plugs. If I knew what I know now, I would have not stayed here as there are far better hotels in the area.

    Beautiful city stay in a quiet hotel.
    Situated in a really quiet area. Comfortable and well equipped rooms.
    The hairdryer was pretty useless. We were in a room away from the main hotel and it was a little noisy on occasions.
