    we had a bad smell coming from the toilet ,we reported this on the morning of day 2 ,nothing was done - when I complained to the receptionist they didn't care

    Decent price-performance ratio. Expect nothing exceptional
    Decent pricing, great location with an amazing view, well-sized and heated rooms, comfortable beds. The old-fashioned decoration and furnishing style was a cool touch for us. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional. Our short stay was pleasant for the most part.
    The hotel urgently needs to create a solution for car parking. When we arrived, we learned that there was no more empty spaces in the car park, and we had to find a suitable parking spot on our own, which cost us around 2 hours, and in a foreign city that we just arrived, that was not the best first impression. Other than that, we had to use the only elevator together with the housekeeping ladies and their carts, who at times dragged us up to the floors they were going and kept us from getting out, which was not acceptable.

    Breakfast was very nice, and open late until 11am. The spa facilities were good value for money.

    I would look for somewhere else.
    The room was nice. We were on the first floor across from the courtyard and had no issues with noise (it was also December but it was warm and did have to sleep with the door open.)
    When we checked in, the ladies seemed to be having a hard time. They did not greet us and, when we were finally acknowledged, we were treated like we were bothering them. Breakfast was gross. The eggs were unnecessarily gooey. Cucumbers were soft. Bacon raw. People rude.

    Location was perfect and possibility to park in the garage was good. Breakfast was good as well. Nice internal garden. Check in went very fast and sufficient which was a good thing.
    Toilet and the room were cold and you have to heat it yourself but the moment you turn the heaters off its cold again. The worst part was sauna. I spent half an hour to find out how to switch on/ off both sauna and hamam just to find out that the maximum temperature in sauna is 70 and I was freezing there all the time I spent. Jacuzzi was good part of it but other facilities in the shower were probably decorated 30 years ago. And I had to pay for it extra 25 euros which I found quite embarrassing as the staff saw my disappointment but didn't offer a refund. I won't recommend going to this sauna facilities until they decorate it one day.
