    Quait and lovely best room for improvement. I would potentially stay again if cleanliness improved.
    Beautiful hotel. Kind staff. Mild street noise across the river but mostly very quiet. 24 hour bar and lolly lounge area for guests. Good location!
    The drain in the bathtub was so full of black molly goo we had to Clorox wipe it before we could shower. Under the bed and wardrobe were a very thick layer of dust. No phone in the room so if you need something you have to walk down to the front desk. A bit odd. It felt more like a quirky B&B than a hotel. Family room is tight. Very difficult to unpack and move around luggage.

    We had a wonderful time
    We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff went above and beyond, effortlessly blending helpfulness with genuine friendliness. The location is fantastic, and the hotel felt like a true home away from home to return to in the evening. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to spend Christmas.

    Charming old hotel. Floors were creaky and old but it was very quiet during the night. Bathroom was modern, beds were comfortable. The real USP for us (two parents and a toddler) was that we had a triple room with three actual comfortable beds; a double (made of two singles) and a single which we were able to push together to make a triple. It was great, often the third bed is an uncomfortable camp or sofa bed etc.
    The corridors were dark and some of the lights didn't work. The sink didn't drain very well and the floors weren't all that clean.

    Perfect, would definitely stay again.
    really friendly staff, great location just a 10 minute walk to the centre. room was very nice and clean and if we needed any more toiletries, the staff on reception were happy to help. We also had to book this hotel with 24 hours notice due to a holiday cancellation and they accommodated us amazingly with an early check in.
    I have no complaints.

    Great stay!
    Great room. Big enough to a family of four. Very comfortable and cosy too. The hotel is really near the center, on a walking distance of 5/7 minutes. Its very cosy anda tipical of this town. We loved it!
    The staff is nice, but not efusive and only speak english and flemish, wich is not very nice for people that speak french. This is a just a to do better point.

    Amazing Experience and Vibe
    Breakfast was over our expectations. The Hotel is quite clean. Location is amazing at the heart of Bruges The staff is helpful. The vibe of the hotel makes the Bruges experience unforgettable. The Canal view Standart Room meets the expectations.
    Some stuff like additional blankets is extra, interesting. Because it is an old historical building do not expect a high level of sound isolation from the other rooms
