Fantastic position, beautiful room

So central, perfect location. Car park was excellent. Room was huge and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfy.

Great location with comfy beds and good breakfast

Locations was fabulous. Nice large room and super comfy bed. Good breakfast and staff were helpful

The tiny pillows, common areas werent cleaned very often and place needed maintenance. Our shower head didnt stay up so had to be repaired. The plug got stuck in the bath and they needed a screw driver to get it uplamps without bulbs. Air conditioning stopped working in middle of night and our safe got jammed.

- location 3 min from market square - nice lobby

- the room was dirty: minibar, chairs, sink with very visible stains - overall room furniture to be renovated - receptionist was not welcoming: we wanted to check-in at 3.40pm and he/she told us to wait for the colleague because he had finished his shift at 3pm

Great place in Bruges

The location is amazing, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, the rooms pretty well equipped. The WiFi worked the whole time. We enjoyed our stay overall. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday in Bruges.

The bathroom and the shower/sink are located in the opposite sides of the room (I think its a Belgian thing). The room could use minor renovations.

Location ideal. Well situated for all sites. Walking distance. Grocery store one minute walk. Restaurants and shopping all around. Hotel decorated beautifully for Christmas. When we needed a bottle opener, they brought us one.

We stayed four nights. No hot water just warm at best (which is not nice when its winter and freezing outside and all you want is a hot shower)! The water pressure in shower was awful; it was so soft and light, that you couldnt feel any pressure of water hitting you. That, combined with no hot water was very irritating. Our bed was two single beds pushed together to make a doublethey kept moving on the carpets, separating and creating a hole between the two beds. The mattresses were sliding around too. Annoying to sleep on. Walls are thin. You can also hear everything outside the windows, at all times of night. There were additional tax charges when we arrived not a lot, but still surprising considering booking.com said all tax and fees were included.
