Beds had hair in them, not ours. Breakfast was cold each day, under staffed and the breakfast tables didnt have plates for majority of the morning without several times of asking. When they did bring plates to use, the staff was very annoyed and appeared overwhelmed. The bar was closed when it was supposed to be open. Around the whole hotel, where there are posted signage that have different hours for different amenities of the hotel, one of their staff has placed pieces of white tape and/or used sharpie to manually change hours to different times than what is posted on their website for areas such as the bar and the pool.
Due to short staffing, for the entire stay. They advertised a jacuzzi, but there wasnt one, they shut it down 2 years ago and have not updated their website and photos. The room for the pool was hot, like a sauna, but the water is not heated, so it was freezing cold. Our son is 11 and still insisted he be allowed to swim. As you would have guessed by now, in the pool area there were no towels and after asking for some for our son, as prior, the staff were disengaged and seemed very annoyed. The key cards were shut off a few times throughout our stay, not just ours but many guests joined us at reception for re-keying for reasons like not having access to amenities, not being able to get into the building from ground floor doors nearest their rooms where they parked outside of the building, and to their rooms.
The water wouldnt stay hot, so my family had to decide each night who would get to shower. After the water would start getting warm, it wavered in and out of warm and cold throughout the shower. We told reception and they said they havent received complaints from anyone else, and they would send maintenance in the morning, and they never did. The front desk was rude upon arrival. All of the staff at this location seemed annoyed with us and other guests, as we observed how we were treated and other travelers around us interacting.
