Absolutely not. A very disappointing experience being it my first and last visit. The receptionist that helped was rude unhelpful and wanted to get rid of us infront of us. Nothing I really enjoyed as reception switched our mood off with her unhelpfullness rude attitude and unaccomodating attitude
Firstly like I said the receptionist refused to accommodate us. My pensioner mum fell at the resort while waiting to be checked in she refused to offer a first aid for my mums wounds then I booked 2 chalets on the same name but they were far apart I requested her for closer chalets as we are a family but she refused and said she couldn't change it our room numbers were 87 and 65 the one room was ready by 2pm while the other room was only ready after 2pm we had to wait about 30min for the next room while my sick injured and pensioner mum had to wait. Your check in times and check out times are so strict but we had to wait upon arrival. I'm sorry to say but the receptionist was a real "bitch" . Room 87 was flooded with flies the aircon stopped working considering the fact that rooms are so hot and congested the TV stopped working after the first day the geyser or hot water in the shower made a thundering noise while in use. Very very disappointing will never visit again it was my first and last. The entertainment facilities are so far apart and the fact that you need to pay separately for the aqua dome very disappointing that's why it cannot be value for money. We pleaded with the receptionist that the chalet right behind 87 that was 85 is empty and unused can't she accommodate us but once again she refused. No more words to convey my disappointment all I can say is if customer service is your moto it failed tremendously. I hope no one experience the same as myself and I will continue to convey this experience until my voice gets recognized. I should have spent extra and went to sun city. I even offered the price difference of chalet 85 and was considering an extra night but after the check in receptionist treated us like dirt we reconsidered. So I wish u and your team all the best. We were very unwelcome and miserable even though it was a holiday you'll spoilt it

The long speed bump drive back n forth to main area. The no limit on entrance to aquadome so one can barely move in the water. The putt putt courses are beautiful but again too choked where you cant play in peace plus the courses are not cleaned of leaves n debris. Theres no halaal food and they expect you not to bring food in, even for my child.

At least the beds were comfy
We had my sons wedding in Vanderbijl and most of the families stayed over at Emerald Resort. The most units were dirty. We had to ask room service to clean 2 of our units. The kitchen cupboards were falling apart. The sofa and chairs were so worn out and very uncomfortable. The entire place was soooo outdated. The stove wasn't working in 1 unit. We really did not enjoy the stay and it didn't feel as special for the wedding party. I am very disappointed in the resort.

The noise from the next room u could hear cause the chalet rooms are close to eachother,,the staff noise when they come for room cleaning is unbearable cause one is still sleeping by that time and they talking to eachother from a distance

Very clean, comfortable chalet with WiFi, air conditioning and a smart tv.
The nature surrounding the property was lovely. It was nice to see wild animals like buck and peacocks.
