    Nice centrally located hotel. Lovely staff and nice restaurant.
    Lovely old hotel in city centre. Large Room clean and airy. Staff very friendly and helpful. * on returning to the hotel they had read my review and what I did not like.. and put me in a room over the garden. I have upped my rating to 9. Thank you to the great staff
    Room was over the car park so got early and late noises. Also a couple of nights there was late night/ early morning music from some local bar or night spot.

    At a rate of $50 per night, it is not worth it. It could have been better!
    Nothing much. Only that it was accessible and near to where I was working
    It is soo old The bathroom is tiny with old ceramics. It really needs some good renovation. The breakfast was not that great! They didnt spice it up. The same things every morning. The staff could be more friendly.

    Good value and nice staff
    Situated in a good area of Arusha. Very sweet and friendly staff, they prepared a welcome surprise for us, as this was part of our honeymoon. Late check-in was no problem. Nice bar area, good beds.
    Rooms could use renovation, but for local standards definitely okay.

    Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Umbrella provided by hotel as it was raining
    Even though we checked in late at around 4:30 pm room wasn't ready. View from the room wasn't good. Asked for a Kettle which was provided, but it wasn't working. Bathroom door wasn't lockable

    The staff are excellent and would do anything to help make your stay more comfortable. Lovely bar and very reasonable prices. Very good choice of international dishes
    No tea or coffee making facilities but you can go downstairs and make your own to take to your room

    Big and comfortable rooms, very nice garden, good breakfast, good organization, nice area. There is the charm of the big hotels of 70's and 80's.
    It's a hotel that needs a small renovation (bathroom, our bed was too noisy).

    Location is great.
    Doors are very thin - you can hear every little noise outside. Was very hard to sleep. Breakfast is a bit dull. There are better options available.
