Excellent location, Staff Make You Feel Welcomed

Clean and originally-themed to Spanish Lirica music. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant staff go the extra mile at making you feel welcomed. Rooms are nice.

Rooms are a bit small and toiletries are average.

Pleasant stay with everything we could wish for.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

The window opened out to the roof with the aircon unit or air pump on it. Not so pleasant.

Had to Constantly ask f tea coffee in room but we chose it as it had a gym for my daughter

Had to change rooms after first night due to peeling ceiling in bathroom so had no room f a whole day. Plus I had already washed my things from travelling so were wet - but misunderstanding arose when I asked them to dry my clothes - they dry cleaned them but I did not pay the f that. They gave us a free breakfast one morning. Bar shut early - street bit dark so daughter not allowed out on own.

Perfect location, very center of the city, still hidden from the crowd in a small alley, nice cosy hotel, multilingual staff which is quite amenity for spanish, helpful staff, everything was perfect

Great place to stay and Madrid is a great place to go

Good location just a short walk from main square. Staff helpful

A bit hot in our room had to turn off heating completely at night to be comfortable as temperature control would not go low enough and view of ducting out of window neither a problem just an observation

Very good

Breakfast was very good with a large choice of food and drink. The hotel was clean and well-furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was late check out at no extra cost until 2.00pm. The room was a good size and the bed was very big. The view of the street and the Juliet balcony were very nice.

The quilt was very thin with no extra blankets/covers for added warmth. The room overlooked the street outside which had no traffic but was very noisy with people late at night until the early hours, especially on Friday night. There was very limited milk to make tea and coffee - 2 small sachets for 2 nights.

Location was great

We had a problem for our Taxi getting to the Hotel as the street outside is very Narrow and its two way traffic used by many delivery lorries Its awkward to say the least!!
