Excellent location, Staff Make You Feel Welcomed

Clean and originally-themed to Spanish Lirica music. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant staff go the extra mile at making you feel welcomed. Rooms are nice.

Rooms are a bit small and toiletries are average.

Very good

Pleasant stay with everything we could wish for.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

The window opened out to the roof with the aircon unit or air pump on it. Not so pleasant.

Had to Constantly ask f tea coffee in room but we chose it as it had a gym for my daughter

Location Gym Modern

Had to change rooms after first night due to peeling ceiling in bathroom so had no room f a whole day. Plus I had already washed my things from travelling so were wet - but misunderstanding arose when I asked them to dry my clothes - they dry cleaned them but I did not pay the f that. They gave us a free breakfast one morning. Bar shut early - street bit dark so daughter not allowed out on own.

Perfect location, very center of the city, still hidden from the crowd in a small alley, nice cosy hotel, multilingual staff which is quite amenity for spanish, helpful staff, everything was perfect
