    When we got into our room there were wet towels on the bed and in the bathroom and you could tell someone had been lounging in the bed. They told us no other rooms were available, they did send someone up to clean up, but offered no explanation.

    Comfortable hotel with helpful staff with super convenient location
    Very helpful staff. Lots of help to get extra blankets, comforters, and toothpaste we forgot. Got extra room service on request. Despite proximity to road, rooms were very soundproof. Convenient access in morning to get breakfast at McDonalds and Panera Bread. 10-minute walk to Disney parks.

    Convenient but not my favorite place to stay near Disneyland.
    Close to disney, friendly staff.
    Sticky floor. Felt dirty, even though remodeled. I didnt like the shampoo smell, although the body wash and conditioner was nice. The towels were very rough and I thought I mistakenly took the floor mat, but it was the towel.

    Great distance from Disneyland, short walk
    The distance from Disneyland was a short walk, which was the biggest reason we stayed here and it was great.
