Good experience!
I like the convenience of the location, close to Disneyland and shops. I love the breakfast buffet and friendly accommodation of most staff. I always get access of housekeeping to provide us with new clean towels. The room was clean and had comfortable beds with great smelling linens. The bathroom was clean. It was an easy check out with one of the friendly staff.
During the check-in, the initial contact with the staff was ok. I requested for early check-in but did not really follow through unless I asked x3. She was not welcoming and did not offer at least a complimentary drink or made sure we were ok waiting at the lobby. When I got the text that the room was ready, I was glad another staff helped me and she was super nice and had a great customer service with a great smile.
One of the windows had a water leak inside maybe due to the rain prior to our check in. I also notice the carpet close to the windows had loose staples which opened the carpet on the bottom wall.
There was molds on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. I think the alarm clock should be replaced with a clock with the real time. The snooze was annoying so we had to unplugged it.

I did not like the cleaning of hall (carpet was dirty), breakfast was simple with little options!
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable! My son could not have a good night of sleep!

I really liked the location of the Hyatt House to the Disneyland Resort, a short 5 to 10 min walk depending on how fast a walker you are. I didn't make it to breakfast on any of my stays because I always slept in, but it smelled good when I checked in.
Well, I stayed here a few times and never had any problems, this stay I had a problem with my refrigerator in the room, it didn't stay cold the whole 4 days I was there,I kept telling the front desk, but didn't get anything resolved.

very comfortable stay and would definitely book again when i get the chance
we liked how clean it was and how close it was to our destination! we also really liked how walgreens was right under the hotel, it was very useful.
we didnt like how far we had to walk to our hotel room and also some of the lamps in the room didnt work which was a bummer especially since the one right by the bed is usually helps charge phones.
