    On New Year's Eve, the suite we were in had some plumbing issues and we were unable to use the restroom. That would have been bad had it not been for the desk manager, JOHN. He went far beyond the call and did everything in his power to make the situation better. THANK YOU JOHN!

    Id definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
    The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast-quick and easy. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast bar stocked and neat. The dining area, with a view of the Ohio River, was very pleasant. I loved the security of the building.
    The layout of the hallways was a little confusing. Everything looked the same, the room doors and elevators were recessed so it was hard to find my way to the elevator the first time. I walked all the way to the end of a long hallway (with a crutch) thinking that I was headed towards the elevator. Once I got there, I realized that I should have gone the other way. I also never saw the ice machines. It makes for a modern, clean-lined aesthetic but some signage would be very helpful.

    The location is within walking distance to many shops & restaurants in Bellevue. Parking was easy and the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly.
    Our room was the closest room to the complimentary breakfast location/reception area. Both mornings we were awakened around 6AM to chairs being drug across the tiled floors and small children noisily running down the hall.
