Location

Cleanliness of the hotel room. There was hair in the shower, on the floor, in the bed and on the toilet. The hallway smelled funny too.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bed, wonderful breakfast, close access to the highway, close to restaurants and shopping, plenty of parking, nice place to take a walk after being in the car

The location was perfect. Many options for food, shopping, and entertainment close by.

Upon arrival, told room request was unavailable. Hotel was sold out and ended up with a handi-accessible room. There was a stain on sheets, spiders, unfinished construction in bathroom, hair that was not ours in the bathtub and bathroom floor. It was late and I was too tired with children to argue or go somewhere else. I used my own cleaning and sanitizing sprays to make it doable.

Some of the plugins outlets didn't work. I said something to the front desk, and they just put it on what she said a work order, and it would probably be Monday before they get to what by then we have done check out And some of the TV channels we could not get.

Excellent and will stay again!

Exceptional! Beds were SO comfortable, the hotel is convenient to everything.. minutes to Orion Amphitheater, front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Cant remember her name but started with an N. She was hysterical! Loved her! Only complaint would be the noise level from the people above us. Must have had small kids running around. Would request 3rd floor next time. Will definitely be back for more concerts at Orion and will stay here again!
