    BEST HOTEL IN SURABAYA!!
    Everything was excellent. From the front door security till the housekeeping.. They are awesome. Gaby from reception and team Chef Hidayat,Nia,Arnold from restaurant and their team. Hori from housekeeping and his team.. These are just the few that are outstanding in their services..tbh,all of them there are great..too many to name

    Very nice room, clean and in the mall breakfast very complete and yummy
    if you go on weekend, so many wedding ceremony, so the elevator will be full

    Amazing Service from ALL staff
    Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing! I have stayed in so many hotels in Asia Pacific and this is by far the best service i have received from Check-in right to Check-out. They even managed to drop a personalised welcome card before i reached the room, even though my room was changed during check-in. Amazing! Special mention to the staff in the Breakfast Restaurant. World Class Service rendered!
