family vacation was completely SPOILED because of Fraser suit muscat staff. worst ever service.

reception staff too unprofessional,arrogant,liers. not at all expected from frasers.gave us the rooms after 4pm.we had requested for rooms on same floor 4 months back and they also confirmd two rooms on same floors at 2 pm but while giving the keys they gace three differnt floors. the y have crazy lift systems which dont allow you to go on another floor.WORST ecer room service. No extra bed,towels,water availble. overall poor expreeince.

The only reason to chose this place is if you are a big family and you want big apartments. We stayed in 3 bedroom apartments, comfortable with 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and dining room, but very tired and requires upgrade.
