On the last day, we asked if we can get extra 30 minutes after checkout time (so, 12:30 instead of 12:00). They said it's not possible and that we have to be precise. So in that case, we can also be precise with our feedback:
- air condition in the room has a bad smell whenever turned on
- during the first night we had a constant light from the wardrobe which we couldn't switch off manually, we needed to ask at the reception the following day
- breakfast didn't offer a lot of options and variety - everyday 95% is the same, and the quality of food is not something you'd expect from a 4-star hotel
- beach towels we got from the hotel (with deposit of 10 Euros per towel) are old - looks like they've been previously used as bathroom towels. They're white, worn out, and not very large
- toiletries in the bathroom are cheap ones, and we didn't get refill during our stay. We only got additional hand soap on the 9th day of our stay
- shower head has a problem with randomly changing water temperature - water gets hot or cold during the shower
- small TV screen with very limited number of channels
Overall, for the price we paid and with the official rating of 4 stars, we expected much more.
We were able to compare this hotel to Margadina Lounge (just 2 minutes away) where our friends stayed at the same time and which is rated with 3 stars - they have better rooms, much better breakfast (and other meals), high quality beach towels (they provide 2 per guest), all of that for half of the price we paid here.
