    The staff was very friendly and the room was quite big, I was expecting something smaller, so that was a good surprise. They also use local products which was very pleasant
    The gym was not a gym at all, very poorly equiped very disappointing because we were expecting something better from the pictures. The cleaning wasnt very good either, the floor wasnt cleaned everyday and other little things that were kinda disappointing, like the rooms werent really sound proof so we could hear everything from the rooms next door, the hand soap recipient was broken and not fixed during our stay, some of the towels were stained which was a bit disgusting to be honest. Breakfast was ok, but I was expecting something better as well, a lot of variety but mostly processed foods.

    Dont chose this hotel. Better spend more money for something nicer.
    Nice looking garden and friendly staff.
    Room was terrible, dirty never washed curtains, terrible stink from air conditioning like there was never clean filter. Dirty in bathroom. Food was always the same and quality of food was like the cheapest in supermarket. In general it was bad smell outside from nearby area. Swimming pool was so cold that no one could get in there- water in the sea was much warmer then in the pool.

    Direct room access to the garden and pool ( We were staying on the ground floor ) Breakfast was nice The pools were great The garden was really well kept and all the plants and palms really added a nice tropical vibe to the hotel Table tennis The ability to borrow a free book to read during your stay Free private parking Lot of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool
    The room cleanliness was really poor - Cleanliness is expected in all types of accommodation and not to mention that this is a 4 star hotel The room was outdated and needed renovations, especially the bathroom There was a weird sewage smell at random times The room walls are thin - We could here people from the other room snoring at night There could be at least water included during dinner ( We had to pay extra for water during dinner )

    Great cozy experience with a small lottery
    -Super kind and friendly employees, we felt like a part of a family and it was tough to say goodbye to them! btw Most of the employees can speak freely English and German, which is a HUGE plus. -Super cosy area with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool. The water temperature was always refreshing:D -If we take into consideration our 2 part of the stay cleanliness was on high level everywhere. -Breakfast and dinners were great. For breakfast, they offered different things, which was nice and I could always find fresh and not less important tasty fruits! Dinners were amazing, especially themed days, huge thanks to the chef! -We felt that there was enough space in the room to move and store things)) -The conditioner was working by us perfectly by the way -We wouldn't say that the beach is super far away, it's reachable and if you are super lazy, there is a transfer!

    The main problems hotels have in this area is due to high humidity, therefore some things rust faster than normal or this hotel uses doors that are not suitable for bathrooms.... Our first 2 nights were not as great as we wanted and our room didn't meet our expectations mostly due the same fact. The bathroom was awful, super rusty, old toilet seat and terrible smell, worn out door and bedsheets had a dirty spot BUT they offered us another room which was perfect! So I would say there is a lottery. If we remember numbers right, then 134 was wonderful and 234 awful.

    Perfect place to relax
    Im so glad we chose this hotel for our 6 days holidays in Mallorca. The hotel style (two floors houses, like bangals) and its landscape gardening make the perfect place to rest and enjoy your time. The swimming pool is extraordinary, it looks like a tropical lagoon surrounded by palm trees. The fact that its an adults only hotel, allow you to really relax and enjoy the calm environment you are looking for. Very different from the other places around with tall buildings and loud music. The staff in general is super friendly and helpful. As our flight would be at 9pm, they allowed us to extend our stay for a couple of hours and charged a very fair price. This made all the difference for us. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. They have live music at night but nothing disturbingly loud. They also have some activities during the day, like aqua polo, pretty fun. They have a couple of interesting facilities like sauna and tennis court, but we did not use them. Cannot recommend this place enough. We had such a lovely time over there.

    Low points: - Food: Breakfast is ok, but not special. We had lunch one day in the restaurant a la carte but was not worth it. Very few options and Burger bun was kinda cold. Because of not so good experience with breakfast and lunch, we decided not try the dinner (20 each buffet). - cleaning in the pool area: We felt that the pool area, although mostly clean, was neglected at times. Some people would leave their glasses and bottles on the sunbeds, and it would stay there for the whole day. Staff seemed to only collect the trash in the evening. - air conditioning: I saw many reviews mentioning the poor quality of the air conditioning and they were right. It does not get cold in the room. We did not ask to change rooms because it seemed to be a problem in many others as per reviews. - Location: Although it was not that far from the beach, it is kinda a walk. Not a big deal though. - Not a complaint but a funny situation: we ordered some cocktails from the pool bar and when asked for a straw, the bartender said they no longer use straws there and offered us a SPOON instead. Hahahahaha I politely said no without making further questions. Overall, the low points did not interfered in the great experience we had at Garden Holiday Village hotel. But it would be amazing if they fix the air conditioning issue and improve in the food aspect.

    The pool with the beds and umbrellas was great!
    Do not order Pina colada at the bar please! Our air-conditioning broke and dirty water was coming out of the wardrobe. The hotel did not have any room free on the day but moved us to a different room the next day, which we were very happy about.

    We really loved the Garden Village. It was so cozy and clean! The staff was amazing. And Paco!!!!!!! :)))) The half board was excellent! I wanna go back, it's such a good vibe there!!!!!
