    I wish we were still there. We visit Alcudia in the last week of August, the hotel is close to loads of shops so we foun
    We loved everything, the food, the location, the cleanliness.
    More of a suggestion, we went by days without realising they had shows and we didnt know what time. We were in a half-board (breakfast and dinner) but the drinks are not included for dinner.

    Long girly weekend to celebrate a special birthday.
    Really nice hotel. Rooms were bright and spacious, though a bit pricey for a room for single occupancy. Breakfast was self service with a good selection of food, including freshly cooked omelettes and waffles. Lovely swimming pool with swim up bar. Very friendly staff throughout.

    Nice relaxing time in Mallorca
    Food was good for the whole week, especially dinner, except one morning when we had a late breakfast and food that was left on the counter was tasteless. Hotel location is excellent if you want to visit Alcudia, Pollenca, Cap Formentor and the other sites in this part of the island.
    This hotel tries to charge you for anyting.You have to pay for water during dinner, they do not even provide a water dispenser. If you want clean beach towel, they want you to pay for it. There is a fee for the safebox in the room. Want to play pool? You pay for this too. After a while this becomes pretty annoying. I tried to use the sauna two times, it was not working. Room was small, view from the balcony unpleasant.

    Staff were lovely, very relaxed hotel.
    Thought it was in Port del Alcudia but its a 20 min walk to the port area. Didnt mind too much as it was a lovely walk along the promenade.

    The location was fine, the staff tried to be helpful but made two rather large mistakes with the Eng
    Unfortunately the rooms are much smaller than the JS we stayed at in Porto Colom, although the bathroom is nicer. THe food had many choices for vegetables but the meat selection was poor as was the breakfast (only ONE day was there an option for omlettes although the "cook" behind the counter siad on the first day: "tomorrow" then the next day "no"!

    Awesome experience
    It was an awesome experience. I would definitely come back here or to any JS hotel. Everything was wow, they took care of every detail. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was very good. The room was nice and cozy. There was a live singing show every evening at the hotel.

    Awesome!
    Breakfast and dinner were awesome! Definetely more than what I expected. A lot of options, some meals are prepared at the moment, there was asian dinner night, spanish food, sea food night, etc. Beds in the room are comfortable, location is good (lots of shops around), the beach is 2-3 min away. As we checked-in late (after midnight) and skipped the dinner, they offer some food for late check-ins. The staff was very kind! I would definetely come back if I am in Port Alcudia again.
    The safe in the room is paid (maybe it's mentioned in the hotel description, but I didn't pay attention). Also, I had trouble with making the safe work, but the staff assisted me and solved the problem :)

    Too loud and tiny for a family with a little child
    The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also beach was close by so it was nice.
    There is a bar nearby and they gave us a room that is faced towards it while we arrived with a 1 yo child. The music was so loud that we barely could sleep until 0:30 am. He used to go to bed at 8 pm... Also the room was tiny with the crib in. It is not suitable for a family with a little child.
