The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful with each encounter!!!!!!!

The room was clean and well llighted. Bathroom was roomy with seperate shower area. The room had a small bar and sink area with fridge which came in handy

The breakfast was ok it could have had more options. The setting was very nice as you could look outside and view the train.

Exceptional

There is not a better place to stay in Durango!

The staff were amazing. I believe the owners are there all day also working from what I put together. Everyone was absolutely amazing. There is nothing I could complain about at all. The only single thing I would change is a having box fans in the room. This is a historic hotel so you can hear the murmur of conversation from adjoining rooms. Otherwise I would consider this part of the experience! lol. Love love love everything about this hotel!

I was very disappointed in my stay this go round.

The location.

This is our 3rd time staying at GP and I was very disappointed. We arrived and our room was freezing ! Even with the mini heater they provided we were still uncomfortably cold and could hardly sleep. Also our other room did not have a heater so I requested we get one and was then charged $30 for an amenity fee that I had never agreed to. After talking to front desk they took it off but I feel for the price of the room it should have been a better experience.

Quaint, quiet, and perfect location.

Pillows while comfortable had a slight musty smell. My husband did not notice so perhaps just my overactive sense of smell

Awesome as always.

This was out 2nd time staying here, staff was friendly as always. We loved how there was always coffee and other drinks available in the lobby and on the floor where out room was.

Its a little hard to get luggage in and out of the elevator. But still a cool elevator.
