    Great value for the facilities and service provided, and location
    Local area and location were great. The hotel itself was spacious and clean. The staff were all helpful and polite. The room was a generous size with good facilities (fridge, free bottles of water, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer). Bed was comfortable and big. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and good quality. Overall, great value for facilities and location.

    This was a very good hotel I must say. Clean, nice service, welcoming staff, reservation was ready for me, and the reception was there when I arrived late (though I did at ~22:45). In general, really good impression. Coffee and tea were available.
    This will sound funny, but I would like to have an option to use the towel for a second time! No need to change it every day after I dried my face with it one - I never used all the towels that I have. Other than that, didnt really notice anything bad

    Lovely clean room , great shower and complimentary shower gel etc Bed was very comfortable Bar staff friendly Breakfast was lovely
    Headboard was marked which was a little off putting , and could do with replacing or repairing Towels were a little hard/rough Otherwise no complaints at all lovely hotel

    Excellent value all round.
    Hotel is centrally located in Krakow from Krakow train station it is approximately 15 minute drive to the Hotel and approximately 20 minutes walk into the Old Town. Golden Tulip Hotel is located on a street where there are shops, bars and many coffee shops so it is easy to find somewhere to eat and go for drinks. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists were very kind and friendly and helped us with any tourist information we needed. We ate dinner in the restaurant beside the hotel and food was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

    Great for family trips to discover the city of Krakow
    Nice location - Christmas market with mulled wine was just around the corner. Beautiful area to wander around or take a tram to old town, like 4 stops. Fine breakfast - various choice for any taste including cakes and bubbly. There was also available a table ware for kids and highchairs. My toddler enjoyed the playroom for few hours. And the hotel has own playground too. Friendly staff, room cleaning was made every day.
    There was something inside the main light in our room, needs to be checked. I would appreciate to have slippers and robe provided.

    Great location. Good accommodations, clean and organised. Friendly staff.
    The only aspect that was less positive was that I stayed at a 3 person room and the room had two individual beds, which were great. However, the 3rd bed was sofa-bed and it wasn't very confortable...
