    The location is very convenient as in front of the hotel you can find the tragetto.
    We were not allowed in the spa as we were with a 13year old.

    Driving the car to hotel is very risky , They don't have a variety of food , The bed is uncomfortable, there are no Arabic or English channels, and the swimming water is always cold. Parking is overpriced

    Nice location and great room with lake view
    The hotel is in a great location, next to the ferries and close to Como and other known touristic destinations. It offers good amenities and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ours had a beautiful view in the lake and the internal gardens. The massage was great and the therapists was amazing!
    The breakfast room was a bit cold, but food was good and abundant. The spa was ok but the salt room did not impress me compared to others I tried (seemed more like a normal lounge). The pool was not nit hot enough and two of the four outlet of the jacuzzi pool did not work - it will require maintenance.

    Everything was perfect, the hotel and property were beautiful!! The spa was very relaxing and The Imeriale restaurant was more than a five star experience.The hotel staff was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Lake Como..Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

    Excellent stay, couldnt fault the hotel and their lovely staff (even took our bags up to our room for us), great spa, and exceptional breakfast. Very comfortable queen sized bed with a great view of a waterfall in the mountains

    Not worth for family trip, over the budget
    hotel cost too much
    it asked you to pay extra on parking and upgrade the room, I was told by the travel agent the hotel is kid-friendly. But they asked me to upgrade the room or open another room in order to take my kids.

    We loved it!!!! Will be back, probably next year!!
    The staff is without any doubt this hotels biggest asset. Very smiley, kind, caring. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location and very easy to find. But again, the STAFF makes you feel like you are at the Ritz!!
    The fact that it was 2 single beds put together to make a double. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows way too soft. Room service is extremely expensive and so is parking!
