    The hotel was closed. They organized a same group hotel. That was gorgeous. They give us a luxury room to say sorry about changing hotels. lovely group hotel thank you for everything.

    Luxurious, perfect location, good restaurant and breakfast spread, friendly staff FYI - We stayed at sister hotel - Albergo Terminus coz Hotel Villa Flori was shut for construction work
    Reception staff could have been more helpful about things to do, good restaurants, etc.

    We would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Flori.
    We enjoyed everything about this property but the stand out were the staffin particular Mattea. He was amazing and went far and beyond the normal level of service to ensure our stay was unforgettable.
    Unfortunately we had to change locations due to unforeseen maintenance at Villa Flori but again Mattea made this move as seamless as possible.

    This was the second time we stayed at Villa Flori on our way from Ancona to London. Although weather was not on our side on either of the stays, the experience was memorable. A beautiful period building properly preserved over time located right on the lake offering a stunning view of the lake and surroundings. Staff are very attentive, the room recently renovated and very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel, which we also enjoyed and breakfast was also great. It's a short drive to Como centre, which combines a peaceful setup with easy access from the highway and proximity to the city.
