Superb

Beautiful and nice hotel. Spa, pool & saunas was super! Same breakfast and dinner. Also room - nicely decorated and lot of space

Room cleaning had not done it's job. Bins in toilet and bathroom had trash from previous guests. Also calling shuttle for pickup was somewhat cumbersome. It would be much better to have direct line or what's up to communicate with driver instead of calling to Central booking which is not at the hotel (very odd practise). I was also surprised that they put us to the room which was facing to construction area next to hotel - noise started early Monday morning. It would have been nice to place quests to the other end / Tower 3 since there was only handful of quests staying overnight

Fantastic location and amazing customer service.

Level of customer service was fantastic and could not do more to help our small family. The waiting staff in the restaurant were exceptionally attentive and generous with their time. We loved visiting!

Nothing, we were very happy with the visit and definitely intend to come back again soon.

We loved it.

Everything was great. The staff were especially nice. I would especially like to mention the gym, yoga room, which is very high quality. The breakfast was delecious. The lady who took us on an excursion was the best.

Unfortunately, the choice of food for vegetarians was very poor. The bar has not been remodelled, it has no atmosphere and the chairs are not comfortable. We would have loved to spend time there in the evenings with a cocktail or tea but it was not inviting at all.

Disappointment from a hotel we loved

The breakfast was good as expected from a 5 star hotel located in Kitzbhel. The location is fantastic and that is also the reason why we returned to stay at the hotel for the third time. But this time we were very disappointed.

We returned to stay at the Grand Tyrolia Hotel for the third time because we remembered a different, much better experience. The disappointment this time was very great. Although the breakfast was good and varied as befits a hotel with a 5-star rating, and the staff at breakfast was also cordial, helpful and welcoming, however the level of service in the hotel restaurant at dinner has dropped dramatically compared to previous years as well as the quality and level of the food. In addition, the restaurant at dinner time was noisy and unpleasant. The hotel, which is located in a magical area, is undergoing construction, which detracted from the experience to some extent due to the noise during most of the day. The furniture in the room has not changed compared to the past and what is disappointing is that there is no comfortable armchair for sitting in the room except for the existing furniture on the balcony. The spa and pool area is wonderful and we remember it well, but unfortunately this time, the level of cleanliness, the noise of the guests in the place and the level of service were unsatisfactory. Something bad happened to the Grand Tyrolia Hotel. We were very disappointed, very doubtful if we will stay at the hotel again.
