The house was really warm and lovely. Location was great too, near the town walkable or a short ride away. Fully equipped kitchen and nice setting upstairs for the beds.

It was hard to contact the staff, I asked many times for cleaning equipment and received and answer after three times I asked. I suggest to leave a hoover for the guests since the living rooms has a carpet and it can be cleaned after lunch or dinner. Also a brush to sweep the floor is handy too for the kitchen

A lovely stay, conveniently located to make the most out of our stay at Bourton on the Water.

Very nicely located near the heart of attractions. All walking distance. The house was clean. Having an additional toilet is definitely a plus, when there are 5 of us! Love the little touches of basic amenities to get us settled in quickly. There is a nice patio/garden at the back which unfortunately we did not get to enjoy due to the weather.

Not so much the property but the constant reminding about getting fined if we dont sort the trash out was a bit annoying. We also asked if we can check in a couple of hours earlier - at 3pm which is the usual standard for most hotels/ short stays. But was told we would incur additional fee.

Interior decor is very tasteful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice additional welcoming touches made us feel at home straight away. Exceptional bed linen and very comfy bed.

I found Rdc properties difficult to deal with. Very confusing messages, but the owners were very helpful.

Lovely house. Great location. Shame about the agent.

Property was great although tiny. Very clean other than hair in the bathtub which was grim. Great parking and wonderful to be dog friendly. Modern decor.

Mostly it was the ridiculous amount of admin needed. I wouldnt book via the property agent again. It was offensive in the end. Email after email after email, mostly directing me to a third party website and then asking for additional credit card info which felt far too scammy to be real. Emails saying we give you the key code 24 hours in advance to emails saying we let you have it an hour before hand. So much stress. Really thought it was a scam at that point. Especially when any email I sent asking for clarification on when the code would actually come wasnt responded to. Then on check out (most people are just allowed to leave but not here, oh no,) so on check out I had to list the time I was leaving but wed left the night before and there wasnt an option for that so when I didnt comply with my orders I got a text reminding me to it. Id had enough at that point. Add to that the threatening emails about making sure the correct bins were used at all times or there would be a fine (but not actually saying where the correct bin is which was hidden behind a tree on the green away from the house). Before we checked in I got an email which said if Id have booked directly (I googled them. I couldnt find them) Id have got a bottle of Prosecco but because I am but a lowly booking.com guest I was essentially being punished and wasnt entitled to one. I own a holiday home and would never treat guests like this. Absolutely bonkers way to treat people.

Very good and comfortable stay, excellent hosts.

Very good location, close to town centre and shopping facilities. Property was clean and tidy with parking facilities right at the doorstep. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom with small needs catered for.

Description of available beds on the booking portal can be better to clearly state the type/size of beds. Downstairs WC flushing mechanism could be looked at and improved.

Lovely location, nice clean house.

Location was great, comfortable sofas and bed, good kitchen facilities for a short stay. Nice interior, outdoor space. Parking space good.

Paid 80 odd cleaners fee but were letter threatened on the fridge sign with a 60 fine if we didnt take out our own bin. Lots of possible fines made you feel on edge, took the shine off a lovely stay. Allowed dogs but wasnt quite practical outdoor space (soil flower beds, possible muddy paws straight on to carpet).
