    A lovely oasis of a hotel with super staff
    I discovered this hotel when going for a walk from another local hotel. It is located in an industrial estate yet manages to have a lovely country house feel and cute gardens to sit it. I was in the old part which was nice and very cosy. The staff are delightful and really helpful. Food was fabulous at dinner and breakfasts were good and lots of variety. I will definitely be booking again for my annual Telford trip.
    I had a few bulbs out in my room but I forgot to mention it. Overall it was a lovely place to stay so nothing else wrong

    Pleasant, good service, comfy & clean.
    The breakfast was really nice but we had it included otherwise it was 15.95 for a 'Full Shropshire'. The staff were all very personable and helpful with attentive service. The rooms and public areas were clean. It was a quiet location.
    The location is set in a corner of a business/retail/industrial park. Quiet but do not expect sweeping country views as I had in my mind. It also missed a nice lounge area to dine informally or sit to have drink. The bar area is small and uninspiring - no views, as contained between the kitchen, dining room and big conservatory/function room. A personal view point but our room looked over a car park - okay you have to park somewhere & industrial units.

    Would not recommend hotel or Booking .com
    Booked a double room on web site but charged for single occupancy so had extra to pay. Breakfast below standard. No complementary water, robes or fruit as expected.
