    Your front desk attendant is a little dry. He was ok but could probably be a little friendlier. We tried making conversation with him.

    The location is the best when we visit Richmond! Easy to get around the area by car. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in is so professional and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and it's always nice to have an extra little sink and mirror with the suite.
    The hotel is starting to look like it needs a little updating. Just cosmetic...the popcorn ceilings have some rough spots that look like they've been preciously patched. Some tears in the wallpaper in the bathroom, but it's not going to keep up from staying there.

    During the early morning hours there was a great deal of bumping on the floor. Not sure what that could have been. We were on the 3rd floor so it wasn't coming from above.
