    Perfect location for a visit to Hastings. Will stay there again if I can.
    The location is excellent. If u have a seaview it would be great. They had sold out by the time I booked. Husband had English Breakfast and it was hot and fresh, poached eggs were spot on. I had porridge and toast. Quality of bedding was excellent - best weve ever had in a B&B - equal to 5* hotel.
    I couldnt feel the heating in the room in the morning from the radiator.

    Luxurious, comfortable and excellent breakfast, conveniently situated with easy parking.
    From the moment we arrived Bev made us feel welcome. The sea view room that we had booked was luxurious and spacious. Everything that was provided with the room was excellent - dressing gowns, milk in the fridge, snacks and drinks in the mini bar, coffee machine and fabulous toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was enormous and easy to use. Parking was free on the road outside and it was an easy walk into Hastings or St Leonards for some excellent meals out in the evening. Bev and her team work extremely hard to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay, with plenty of well presented choices at breakfast to keep you going all morning! We will definitely be booking again and are delighted to have discovered this gem.
