Pleasant

Pleasant. We had stayed there few years ago, and standards have gone down since then.

Pool and the beach was great. Food was good and had a variety of choices

Room was very basic, not even free water which is usual for a 5* HOTEL. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to ask. Provided after asking. Phone in the room wasn't working only the one in the bathroom did.

had a lovely stay although expected a little more out of the condition of the hotel

Buffet & Bar staff were great! Pool was lovely as were the gardens around the property.

It definitely wasn't a 5* hotel. Was a little rough around the edges with construction work ongoing and painters who couldn't be bothered to cover the flora and fauna hence many plants covered in white paint which is a shame. Took longer than usual to check out at 5am..

A luxurious hotel on the shore of the Indian ocean. Imho, the contingent here is not very pleasant, someone turns on his music on the speaker while you listen to live music, someone tik-toki watching at full volume, and the staff does not care. Also, guides or some other people are constantly pestering on the beach and offering their overpriced services. You are just perceived as a money bag here.

A relaxing holiday

Was very clean. Staff very friendly. Food, in the most part was good - not excellent though. Pool guys were excellent

Some staff were more attentive to some guests and not others - probably knew they were going to get a huge tip!!! Reception staff not as good as the other staff.
