Superb

Great family vacation to celebrate the holidays

It felt safe, was very clean, all of the staff were polite and personable. I never felt like I was bothering anyone. The waterpark was amazing, always very clean and lots of activities. The beaches were constantly being raked, the grounds crew was constantly working and the grounds themselves were immaculate. As I was leaving, a gentleman was repainting some spots on a column. There were a few things that were an extra charge, but they were reasonably priced and well worth it!!

Everything was great? The food, entertainment, and room service.

Booking.com didnt pay my hotel bill when I paid for my flight and hotel together. I was then made to pay for my room on Monday 18th, 2023. Right now my hotel is double paid. Nothing has been resolved and I am out $2093.10.

Superb

Over all experience was great!

The buffet style restaurant was great. The food was fresh and it provided lots of choices . Weve dined at the Rum house once , and it was ok. The room was nice and clean.

In the bathroom, the sink took a while to drain. One of the days , the cleaning crew took the dirty towels however ,didnt leave any clean ones , but they made up for it for the remaining days.
