Breakfast was poor. The options were limited in comparison to a 4 star hotel level, Bakeries served cold. Replenishment of the food was very slow despite low number of guests

Nice stay which could have been nicer

Friendy staff, nice view, comfortable and big bed.

It was cold due to the air-conditioner which turned on automatically when the room was empty. Under the bed it was dirty from the previous visitors (not empty water bottle, plastic, dust, etc.). Also, behind the TV it was dusty and there was a (used) tissue... Furthermore, regularly someone comes to check for room/minibar service. They try to come in straight away with their card and eventough we put the "do not disturb" label at the door.

Location is great. Out from the busy strasbourg area

Quite expensive than the much nicer hotels in Europe. But I do understand that all other hotels in central Strasbourg is very expensive too. Overall, good place to stay 1-2 nights

Comfortable, clean and welcoming

The location suited our needs and offered good parking facilities. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the Hotel was nice clean and bright

the room was a nice size; the wardrobe a tad small and we found the door to the bathroom didn't offer much in the way of privacy when using the facilities of the WC. a proper closing door would offer better privacy.

Good room but disappointing service

Comfortable rooms and close to the bus stop.

Most of the staff were fine but the bar person at night was poor. Its a 24 hour bar but we were refused service after 11:30pm. He said it was closed but turns out it was because we were in a large group. We were well behaved as there were younger people there too. You will be charged 150 deposit on arrival for damage protection. This is not mentioned on booking.com and is only mentioned at the very bottom of the confirmation email. You dont get this back until about 1 week after departure.

The damage deposit shows a complete lack of trust on guests and even after a week we didn't receive the money back. The bathroom would benefit from having a variety of toiletries especially for women (like other hotels offer)
