    Great one night shopping break location.
    Convenient location, friendly staff and great breakfast!
    The room was a little tight for 4 of us, but still worked fine, and great value.

    The hotel it self was good as with all holiday inns. The parking was the only bad point.
    Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
    The parking charges were the same cost as another nights stay.

    Breakfast was good and room size
    Air con was not working, boiling hot so no sleep. Pull out bed was so uncomfortable and old (facilities need upgrading in room)and bathroom floor and carpet not cleaned. And thd hairdryer stop working

    Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast, easy to find. Everything is in walking distance.
    The rooms are nice but a little too small for a family since the windows do not open. I think it's fine for just a couple of nights.

    Brilliant hotel. Lovely staff. Extremely clean. Great food. Great value for money.
    Convenient location. Parking. Modern and clean. Great breakfast. Great rooms.
    Charges of 15 per night parking is quite expensive.

    having to pay for parking 16 pounds for 24 hours,,

    Great stay
    Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were happy and did a really good job at breakfast. Breakfast choice and freshness was great.
    Pillows were too hard despite mentioning there was a choice between hard and soft pillows. The soft ones were too hard.
