    Always clean and tidy.
    Didn't have a remote in the room, and when I asked for a remote, they gave me the wrong one, so I couldn't watch TV. Just relied on the WiFi instead.

    The room was warm and no issues checking in. The lady on reception late Monday afternoon was lovely.
    The room was so grubby, the bin never got emptied despite asking for carrier bags so we could do it ourselves. My son slept on a sofa bed and it alls you could feel was metal from the frame. We eat there the Saturday and it was really quiet but still took 20 mins to get our drinks. We then asked for the bill on more than one occasion which never came. We then decided to go sit in the bar area and all the members of staff huddled together in a circle talking and making it completely obvious that they were discussing us. Next minute the same young girl then came over and said have you paid your food bill of which I replied with no because we asked on 3 occasions. Without even acknowledging what I said she put the bill on the table and said cash or card... damn right rude and uncalled for behaviour. We were made to feel like we were criminal's

    The bed was comfortable
    The room was freezing put heating on was making loud blowing noises..the gate next to our window being slammed open and shut from 6.30am things being moved around from same time..staff had not very good customer services bit short and rude also when I arrived to book in waited over 15mins for staff to book me in.
