Great start to holiday fun

Great pool breakfast staff super friendly and helpful. I was checked into the wrong room and the fixed it in a flash

Someone allowed their child to vomit in the pool and didnt say a word. I noticed something floating told my child to get out and found the vomit on the ledge and in the corner of the pool. I was charged the wrong rate because I had booked third party and my transaction is still pending 4 days later as I write this review

Rooms appeared clean.

The breakfast didnt have that many options to choose from, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool was so crowded and loud, the room smelled horrible.

Good hotel, terrible area! All of our personal items are gone and truck was damaged.

Hotel was nice, clean, & we enjoyed the pool. Beds and pillows was comfy.

While we was in the pool our truck window was busted out in the parking lot, thousands of dollars worth of Christmas gifts stolen out of the truck. My truck was also stolen. No help from the cops, no view of cameras, no finger prints, no investigation. Do not recommend staying in this area.
