It was clean and the staff was friendly. Was easy to get to where I needed to go

Didn't like that the pool doesn't open till 10am. It should be open at 7am and didn't like that they did not have any Pepsi or Mountain Dew code red.

This is a convenient, clean, and relaxing hotel.

The people at the front desk are very sweet and kind. The place feels down to earth and relaxing. I went on thanksgiving 2023 and had zero complications. When we arrived I found I had accidentally opted for a handicapped room, which was on another floor, and they went above and beyond to get me a room by the rest of my family.

I enjoyed my stay 100%. There wasnt anything I can list here that would be something I didnt like

Cleanest hotel I think I have ever visited

The place is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere was great.

I loved everything about the property. We only encountered one staff member who was a little rude. Everyone else was very nice.

My daughter will be attending Louisville in the fall and we have found our hotel for when we visit!

The staff was incredible! From the time we stepped in the door to a very warm "Welcome" every single staff person we encountered was so warm, welcoming and helpful. They were so friendly! You could tell that they are proud of the property and enjoy their jobs.

I have no complaints. Everything was just right.
