    I had two young children and the staff spoke really well with them and could t do enough for us.
    The toilet needs fixing but that is the only thing.

    Good location near Ipswich town centre. Lovely staff, good breakfast.
    The location was ideal as we had activities booked in the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only hotel weve stayed at where there was a phone call to our room after check-in, to enquire if all was satisfactory. Would visit again.
    The mattress on our bed seemed to dip in the middle and I had a back ache in the morning.

    Fantastic stay,
    Larger room with sofa was comfy, bed was good and bathroom clean. Swimming pool and wellness area was good. Food was excellent, especially breakfast. Dinner was very good too. We had half board so it was great value for money. Staff were great and attentive.
    Wellness shower wasn't working properly and was stuck on HOT. There was a sign stating this. Limited food choice for the dinner if you paid for the half board, though I did pay extra for a different main course.
