    The staff were friendly and helpful
    Our booked room was occupied by someone else when we arrived but this lady in the reception made the necessary adjustments right away. I called room service several times the next day to order food, no answer, my wife decided to go down the reception area, the same lady took her order, brought our order (2trays one after another) , fast and food was hot, even when she was alone in the reception as her colleague has left. Just incredible service, doing the extra mile for us. MS.INGELA deserves the credit, she truly is an asset to your organisation!
    The breakfast menu, could include fish for extra payment as it used to be, just a suggestion

    Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious, breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.

    Could be improved in bar area but overall satisfactory for the three nights we spent there.
    Location for us to visit our family. The reception staff were excellent. Lovely seeing the planes land and take off.
    Some of the younger staff in the bar area on the Friday night (29th December) preferred to talk to each other rather than serve. Did not like the fact we could not open our bedroom window, felt claustrophobic. Are all your bedrooms like this? Had to wait over 10 minutes for 2 glasses of water, went to bar and was told to sit and bring to us. Only one staff member when we went to bar to get the water.

    Checking in was good, helpful reception staff. Room was very cosy and pleasant. Easy access to the city of southend

    Rooms are large enough for a small family. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
    Breakfast felt rushed. We arrived for last table time we and had 8 mins before all food was removed.

    Clean, value for money with excellent staff. Very happy, will return for sure.
    Located close to family, good room size, clean, excellent breakfast, quiet, very good gym.
    Nothing particular except weird occurrence as we left when a purported cleaner pushed into room on exit. Reported to receptionist who was concerned and dealt with it well.
