    It was a really good hotel
    Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location ..was easy to find although we needed to use the bus service to access the town Breakfast . Good choice of breakfast and plenty of options
    Nothing really although going outside to access our room wasnt ideal as 1 morning it was windy and raining

    Great place to stay
    The room was lovely with comfortable bed, large TV and a great waterfall shower. Breakfast was fantastic - loads of choice and really well cooked. The location is second to none. Walking distance to the pier and fabulous views across the beach to the Isle of Sheppey. Beautiful hotel with professional staff. Great stay.
    Maybe its a little pricey but we loved it so much it made our stay perfect. Nothing else to complain about.

    Good location and smart hotel
    Good parking , nice decor , staff friendly . Comfortable bed and clean.
    Breakfast was an extra 15 each and was quite small ( full English). Room was quite stuffy air wise

    Highly recommended - will definately stay again when in Southend.
    Immaculate rooms, beautifully decorated. Lovely shower. Restaurant food and service excellent too. Would really recommend.
    Great location on sea front, shame the road in front is so busy.
