Just location.

. I think cleaning really poor bedsheet pillows all need to change .Not match booking.com expectations. If place clean properly specific kitchen area and bedroom .kichen need perper deep cleaning . Than property perfect for rent. But I am quit disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen seemed to have all the necessaries, although I didn't use it.

1.The bathroom was not clean, and the bath/shower was badly stained. The lack of a shower hand-set makes it difficult to clean after showering. 2. There were no blinds/curtain on the bathroom window. 3. The bedrrom doors need some kind of buffer/pad on the frame. I tried not to disturb other residents on entering/leaving the room, but closing them quietly from the outside is difficult.

Lovely and homely

I arrived quite late in the evening and couldn't figure out how to work the pin code device on the door, but Elena helped me out via WhatsApp. The room was cosy and clean and the bed was so comfturble! I bumped into Claire in the morning, who was lovely to speak to, and made sure I was feeling comfturble and happy with everything. Both bathroom's were clean, and I discovered that the downstairs bathroom had a heated floor! The kitchen was lovely, and there was a very peaceful little garden out the back. There were a few other guests staying in the house whom I bumped into and seemed lovely. You can hear doors opening in the hallway, but I had no problem with this and the other guests were very respectful. The area around the house was quiet. There is a main road but you can't hear it from the house. There was also a morrisons corner shop and to my delight, a kebab shop only a few minutes down the road. I was thankful to have found this place as I was booking the day before at very short notice. To my luck I was able to book a room here for a brilliant price compare to other places around Bristol. I was also able to arrange with Elena and Claire to stay another night.
