Exceptional

Comfortable and reasonably priced room in guest house used whilst working in the area. Convenient for local restaurants, pubs, buses and trains (25 min walk to Filton Abbey Wood which I used daily). Having the use of the fridge/freezer and microwave in dining room also useful. Host was friendly and helpful. Would use again.

Host was pleasant and accommodating.

Room was not cleaned prior to stay and was very dusty. Half eaten piece of pizza left down side of bedside table. Shower not clean, hairs in shower tray, shelves in shower were dirty. Bedding had not been changed prior to my stay and they smelt of aftershave.

Miguel was nice and helpful.

The facilities are really old and sloppy. The bed was quiet uncomfortable. The bedding was clean but the carpet was full of long blond hairs from someone else. The bathroom was not very clean ( it was suposse to be private but it wasn't). Really expensive for the quality of the place.

Pleasant

The location was good and the property was quite close to places. Staff was nice and humble

The facilities were poor, The Kettle was in very bad condition i couldn't make coffee. The Duvet was small for a tall guy who is 6ft and over . There's no staff at night so one has to call the numbers for someone to come and attend for queries.
